one question about the lens...does it suffer from ghosting?..the Pentax K50mm f/1.2 has that problem (although the ghost images are always red) and from time to time it does get a bit annoying.

I just got it so I have not noticed it yet... what sort of conditions causes the ghosting in the K 1.2?

the ghosting usually appears like this:

you see the red spots amongst the dark trees in the middle? That is what the ghosting looks like..it isn't bad in this pic, because it's a panorama. But on single images it has the potential to ruin a shot.

Very nice pics!

you can tell that they're all wide open, look how all the bokeh is perfectly circular!

Im not a fan of the bokeh this lens produces, but still owning a lens that fast must be awesome. Congrats.

(since I got the DA 55-300mm, it seems you got the 50mm 1.2 )

Nice indeed.

I'll put my name down fot first use when you decide to send it around the world like "The Travelling Nifty Fifty"

Maybe the travelling Coco 1.2

I just love the dreamy bokeh in these images ... the effect is AWESOME.
I love the dreamy bokeh from my Super Taks ... but the Cosina really trumps it here.
