No- I'm pretty sure customs aren't added on packages sent via regular mail.

There are no customs fees when moving camera equipment from Canada to the USA, due to NAFTA.

Pentax sent me a 100 Macro as well. It looks quite different. Which gereration is your? This is what I received and still showing in all of the stores..That's why I thought that perhaps the new version..I guess not.

That's the D-FA version, which is newer and much more compact. I've actually been using it until this FA version came in.

I prefer the FA becuase of the limiter and its reputation as being the finest Pentax macro lens after the FA* 200mm- it also has a marginally different optical construction than the D-FA.
