I've been looking on Ebay for the Vivitar 28mm Close Focus and other lenses, and have found some for below $100...but are there any wider options...and is there anything that cheap for 100mm or maybe 200mm that is the same price without weighing more than my camera does?

There are lots of 28mm lens that go for $100 or less (including the M28/2.8, A28/2.8, and M28/3.5 and of course pretty much an generic brand), I don't know of anything wider that regular goes for that little. I guess the Sigma Superwide 24/2.8 can sometimes go for not much more, and really, the Pentax K24/2.8 isn't all that expensive either - $200 or less.

For 100mm, the M100/2.8 goes for around $100, as does the M100/4 Macro. For 200mm, the M200/4 is pretty much always well below $100, as is the M135/3.5. You didn't mention 15mm specifically, but you did say 100+...

Note some of these lenses are harder to find than others; KEH.com is also a good source for some less-common lenses.
