I'd choose the 15 and 31 and also a (non-limited) 55-300.

I can heavily recommend the DA 35, it is amazingly versatile with great IQ

My setup is DA 21mm (landscape + street photography) - FA 43mm (magic colors and rendering) - FA 77mm (words cannot describe how good it is).

I also have the 31mm but it's too heavy for travel.

My set up for a travel package -

DA 14 + FA 35 + Tamron 18-250

On some trips, i have gone with just the Tamron 28-75

Do you think 21mm will be wide enough?

21mm is wide enough for street, may not be wide enough if you are in a museum with not a lot of space to move around.

DA15 because you need the width. DA35 for general purpose goodness and macro amazement. FA77 because it is god.

But I prefer DA12-24 + FA77 + macro adapter. A two lens solution that does everything I need.

Hinman's and rparmar's suggestions +1.

I just received the e-mail that the DA15 and FA77 I ordered from Camera Canada have been shipped. So along with my DA35 I will now have this as my travel/light kit. I still covet the DA21 as a single lens solution for such things as wearing under my jacket when x-country skiing.

I've gone to several places with just the DA21 and didn't miss any other lens. But I usually bring either 21+70 or 21+50-200.
