m42 lens + Pentax AF 1.7 TC + Green button

I use 100D super. Successfully learned and used

1. Green button usage on manual lenses / manual mode to take meter reading.
2. Pentax AF 1.7x TC with manual lenses to make it auto focus and used manual mode / green button.
3. Pentax original adapter and m42 screw mount lens. Used Green button / meter reading in M mode.
4. shortened the points on TC to make m42 lenses become autofocus with TC.

Got struck when I use m42 + 1.7x TC and then can't use green button. It works in Av mode. Green button does not respond for this and I am forced to use only AV. It happened both A mode and M mode on m42 lens.

Any pointers?
