vivitar 28-90mm in PK-A

Anyone seen this lens in such mount ever?
As I am looking at one today with PK-A PK-R mount version.
Good lens, but with slightly oily blades :-(
May be it is rear mount replacement as I tried to remove bayonet mount, but it seems to be attached to something despite removing three screws. But it can be lens specifics, as it is quite complicated lens.

How good are you in terms of repairing lenses?

I rate myself as somewhere in the middle, between novice and expert. I repaired about a dozen lenses, and permanently damaged about that many.

I wouldn't touch a Vivitar 28-90mm F/2.8-3.8 with oily blades. It is a bear to dissemble. The aperture blade assembly is in the middle of the lens, very difficult to get to.

But you may be lucky. You never know.

In fact it looks that it was improper assembly after disassembly and return spring did not function correctly. It looks that it is now fixed.

But my lens also wobbles a little between rear part containing bayonet mount and rest body. I try to tighten the small screws but this don't have any effect.
I even unable to remove rear bayonet mount after removing all screws. It looks to be attached to something inside in one point, but I don't see screws.

But most interesting is that I never saw such lens in PK-A mount, only 28-105mm.

P.S. I really love to see front wheel controlling OIS focal length for any manual lens in Aperture priority mode.

Added two images from one ebay listing, looks like my lens.
But PK-A version is very rare.
