sigma 70-200mm f2.8 - how many versions?

how many versions of sigma 70-200mm f2.8 there are?

can give me a list?

Why not consider also Tamron 70-200 2.8 ?

i know tamron, but now i want also to have info about sigma.

if i understood, there are 5 versions:

3 with a traditonal af
2 with a hsm af

but i want to be sure...!

As far as I know there are 4 versions, only the latest version has HSM in K-mount.

70-200 APO
70-200 APO DG
70-200 APO DG Macro
70-200 APO DG Macro II

They are all EX versions, the f2.8 ones anyway.

Yes all of the Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 lenses are part of Sigmas EX range.

don't forget the multiple changes within a version...

e.g., for the latest, you really want serial#s of 104xxxx or higher because someone was drunk and poured seltzer water into the lens coating for the front element...you can probably see the pics of my lens in an old thread somewhere :-P
