Sigma 18-50mm or DA 16-45mm with DA 55-300mm?

I just dived in for DA 55-300mm on eBay for 200. Is this good deal? This will replace my Tamron 70-300mm.

I am selling my manual focus lenses and kit lens so am thinking of the following lenses but having no experience at all so need some help from you.

Lenses am considering are,

Sigma 18-50mm EX DC Macro
Pentax DA 16-45mm
Also Sigma or Pentax DA 17-70mm but 55mm upwards should be covered by DA 55-300mm.

totally confused as to which ones to get. probably price would pay a role in choosing too.

By the way, important note is that I would shoot mainly indoors, and my current 18-55mm kit lens hunts for focus points, bit annoying. Also would takee this lens mainly for landscapes and street photography.

Many Thanks in advance.

The 55-300 for 200 sounds ok, they are another 70-90 extra new. I would get the 16-45 which would cover the landscapes and street photography, saying that it is a bit big so you will get noticed, just something to be aware of. Also consider looking for an F or FA 50 and use that to plug the gap between the 2 zoom lenses, it would also be the preferred choice in low light situations. I have both the 16-45 and 55-300 and love them both, they are exceptional performers in their price range and a good step up from the kit lenses.

For landscape and street, I'll go with the 16-45mm. The extra 2mm difference is noticeable enough for me to forego with faster Sigma.

But if your priority is an indoor lens (without using a flash), then go for the Sigma f2.8.

Thanks for reply so far The seller is saying lens is pretty much new so I guess am pleased with that.

I just had a thought after reading another thread on faster lenses, will the defference from f4 to f2.8 on depth of field be great? as am interested in using DOF too in some of the portraits i take of my little nephew and niece

just wanted to know if there is much difference in IQ of the two lenses, and colour contrast too.
