i have found several online stores offering the SMC P FA Lens - 50 mm - F/1.7 for between $135 to 150. Is that a good price and has anyone dealt with the following sites; Electronics4Sale , LabelleCameras and Cambridge World.

Beware. All but a handful of online sellers are scams. Check resellerratings.com first. That lens hasn't been made in years, so anyone who tells you it is new is lying. The only places you might actually find that one are here, ebay, and KEH.com.

To be fair, sometimes when legitimate sellers say "new in box" they mean that a lens has never been unpacked (or only unpacked to check its condition and never used), even though it was made quite some time ago. For example, KEH does this sometimes. Sometimes people refer to this as "new old stock." You should always check a company's reputation through resellerratings.com and/or the Better Business Bureau though.
