K-x + FA43: AF speed?

I'm considering buying a K-x with FA43. I can only afford a single lens for the time being, and back when I used to shoot with a K10D the FA43 was my favorite and most versatile.

However, the reason I left Pentax for a while was that the AF speed of the K10D was not fast enough for me. Long story short, I sold all of my gear about a year ago and took a break, and am getting ready to dive back in with a K-x.

Before I do that, I'm wondering if anyone has this body/lens combo and they can tell me how the AF performs, especially in comparison to the K10D. I know the K-x generally has great AF performance (some say better than any previous Pentax body), but I also know that the Limiteds are among the slower focusing Pentax lenses.
