How shoots with 67 & 645 lenses

Sorry about the spelling

I am just curious about the use of these lenses on 35mm digital cameras.
I sometimes see some great lenses for sale but for 67 and 645 format. I know there is an adapter which would make them all manual use. But from what I understand they will focus to infinity and get focus confirmation on camera with adapter.

Some of these lenses ought to have outstanding optics I would think.
Let me know if you are using the adapter and how it works.
Thank you

It is all manual, focusing and aperture operations.

There were some gems especially in the long end. I am using a P67 M*400/4 EDIF, P645 FA*300/4 EDIF and P645 A120Macro with adapter.
I had these lenses from P67 and P645. The optical performance and the cost acquiring similar optics in Kaf mount are factors in my decision.

What do you think of the M* 400 f/4 you have? You sure cant't find anyting like that in 35mm.

Great lens, It is now selling used for more than what I paid new. You need to stop down the aperture and manual focus when using it.

I have not shot Medium Format on 35mm, but do regularly shoot MF 67 lenses on my Pentax DSLR. I do not mind the all-manual setup at all--in fact, I sometimes prefer it. I have shot these 3, 67 lenses so far, 165mm 2.8--the late model 200mm f4--the late model 55 mm f4. I love te results and picked the lenses up for great prices. There is some discussion here if you are interested:
