The lens is built by Pentax's factory in Vietnam.

All Samsung's SA lens' are built by Pentax as Pentax DA clones in Pentax factories. So much for the "Schneider" badge.

Schneider-Kreuznach licenses it's name after a lens ostensibly undergoes "optical quality testing" to ensure that Schneider's "standards" are met.
