Comments on new purchase

Hello, today I just picked up some older lenses and any information (good, bad, ugly) on these would be appreciated. I picked up a K20D a few months ago keeping in mind the compatibility with the older M42 mounts and came across a package deal with 2 Spotmatic cameras, 6 lenses and a 2X teleconverter. The cameras show some wear on the outside but the insides are impeccable. The lenses show very little to no wear, rings move smoothly and all the glass is spotless. I don't plan on using the cameras and know I need a converter ring from Pentax. From what I read, 3rd party adapters are of questionable quality.
I won't have any problems on actually using the lenses but I would like to know if any are particularly good or bad and why. I have briefly checked the Takumar club thread and the pics are great.

The kit includes:

Spotmatis SP II
Spotmatic F
Takumar SMC 1:1.4/50mm
Takumar SMC 1:4/50mm macro
Super Takumar 1:3.5/24mm
Takumar SMC 1:3.5/ 135mm
Soligor Auto Zoom 1:4.5 90-230mm
Soligor 1:8 500mm
APS Auto Teleplus 2X
Handsome Carrying Case

Thanks

What a great find! That collection looks amazing. Looks like it is all in pristine shape. Wow.

I'm trying not to drool all over my laptop.

The best part is I got the package for $150. I was surprised to find these in such good shape. I know the next weel will tough waiting for the mount adapter. I am itching to get these up on my K20D.

Patience....alot of patience. I check Craig’s list a couple times a week and usually come up empty. I am such a cheeseball with my money and I figured sooner or later I will find a good deal. When I first saw the ad, I figured that how old these were (based on the cameras) they would not be in good shape. I told the guy if he reduced the price by $50.00 it may be worth a 80 mile round trip to take a chance. I knew that they were stored in the case but when I got there I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of these lenses. Although I could not find much info in the short time these became available, I knew it would be well worth the cost. As for the set itself, this is the first time I have seen a package like this.

Oh yea almost forgot. I also included was a Daiwa Deluxe Cine-Elevating tripod. The head looks as if was made for the Soligor 1:8 500mm mount.
