Well....they do come in "sets"
It's silly not to have all three FA Ltds...oh ya...6 when you count in silver
Then there are the DA*s....for when it is raining
I'm not into DAs...but there is the DA 12-24...oh...and the others
Of course, no kit is complete without a complete set of Ks...
Then the SMC Taks....the set
Then there are the preset taks
And the auto taks
Did I miss any?

I think that's about it for the Pentax exclusive lenses. but I think acquiring all of those gives you close to about 500 lenses alone.

Whew, I only have two 50's. But you know I don't have any M or an A lenses...

Yes....something about no shelving space in the den....who said bookshelves were for books? Why not lenses?

The tragic thing is....what happens if one finds all the Taks?...what then...oh the humanity!!!...no more hunting

Over a life time? Oh no, it's not that brutal. If you own more than 5 at the same time you have incurable LBA

Another indicator is when you have more than one of the same lens.

Right now I only have 3 50's and a 55 in my Equipment List.

Plus 3 zooms that cover 50mm-55mm.

But I have 2 M50/1.7's For Sale

I've been told that I am not allowed to have more than 10 lenses at any one time! Its called tough love or something...
So now I have to be picky on my lens buying Think I've just done a deal to complete my first FA limited set!

Just don't seek treatment advice from any fellow forum members.
(I'm down to only 9 fifties [not counting the fifties on my fixed lens folders & rangefinders, of course] since recently having disposed of 3..... I'm so proud of the progress I'm making!)

Afterthought revision edit..... I almost forgot about my 2 fifty macros, bring my count up to 11..... oh well, I guess I'm a little less proud.

12 as of the moment. going for number 13. maybe going for 15?
people say 13 is bad luck! Better buy 2 at one go so you bypass the 13

The LBA is bad enough, except that mine is compounded by CBA. I am badly needing a fix and currently have about 15 Yashica rangefinders on my eBay watch list.

If you buy good copies of all lenses ever made for you system you'd be cured. So its not ... impossible to cure one way or the other

Well, you could send me your credit card$, checkbook and ca$h - then I could buy them for you, for a small usage fee (of several months).
