Currently im interesting to get a lens for wedding indoor and outdoor shooting, so which lens is suitable for those wedding portrait shooting ?

I'm no wedding photographer but a 18-50/2.8 would be my bet.

Have shot at three weddings, none as the paid professional photographer. In two of those weddings, the bride and groom have begged me for my images because the pro images didn't come out very well. (At the third, the pro was very, very good.)

For those weddings, most of the shots were acquired with a Tokina 28-80/2.8 and a Sigma 70-200/2.8 lens. Sadly, the Tokina is no longer available new, but the Tamron equivalent is highly respected and available. Some shots were also taken with fast primes, but not too many. The zooms proved their versatility in a wedding environment.

Try the Tamron 28-75mm. If only Tamron has the 17-50mm out already, then that will be the one to get. In addition, you should have a low light prime. Cheers!

if you like zooms,

tamron 28-75

if you like primes

43mm limited. (my choice)
