You can see that it is (c) Kim Coxon, 2005. Kim is the owner of Pentax-Manuals.com. Around late 2005 I was scanning my collection of Honeywell Spotmatic manuals and sending them to him before I sold my Pentax screwmount collection (I've suffered from this addiction for years).
I had a mint black Spot and Spot II pair that I offered Kim before I eBay'ed them - but he replied he had just purchased a mint LX 2000 complete presentation set and was funds-depleted.
Somewhere on my hard drive I have images of the "opening series" for that camera.
