Anyone own the DA*16-50 & DA21

Can someone who owns both these lenses share their thoughts on how the 16-50 at 21 compares to the DA21 in IQ. If not the DA21, either FA35 or F/FA28 is fine as well.

Comparison images will be even better.

Thank you.

I own the DA16-45, the Fa35 and have owned the FA28.
I considder the FA28 to be a moderate to good prime.
The DA16-45 a good zoom, and the FA35 an top quality prime.
The DA16-50 is only a bit better than the DA16-45 in terms of IQ so the tests tell us.
I compared my primes with my DA16-45 and concluded the
Sigma 24/2.8 superwideII and FA28 could both leave.
Comparing a top quality prime like the FA35 with the DA16-45 is
like comparing a VW golf with a Porche.
I suppose it would be the same with FA31, Fa43, DA15, DA21, DA40 etc.

I have both the 16-50 and the 21 ltd. From my (limited ) experience, the 21 is a tad sharper, when both lenses are closed down. When they are wide open (16-50 @ 2.8 and 21 @ 3.2), their sharpness is comparable.

As far as IQ goes, I would call them interchangeable.
When it works (), the DA* 16-50 is really great.
