Will this work with K-x?

If it says it's for Pentax, it works with Pentax. If it says it is autofocus, it will autofocus (and all FA & DA lenses are autofocus lenses).

probably easier to list all the Pentax lenses ever made that don't work with the Kx:

M42 screw mount will require an adapter though. :P
And of course only auto focus lenses will auto focus, and only auto aperture lenses will work outside of manual mode... F in the name mean focus, A in the lens name means aperture, and D means for digital. (special coatings for performance and for the image covering only apsc sized sensor)

guys, I know this lens also comes in a silver color. Is there a some sorta difference between the silver version and the black version?
