I am sure there will be macro lenses to be released after DA 35mm macro... I am already counting on the revised production of pentax mount sigma 180mm macro .. At least it has AF which I might even have a small chance to catch the dragon fly in flight ...

The best prime lens line would be...

Da 14 f2.8 (During travel, this is my most used lens. Not only great to shoot landscape but also fantastic for photojournalism in crowded place like nightmarket, inside public transport)

Fa 31 ltd (Street candids or general landscape or anything abstract)

Da 70 f2.4 (Faster AF speed and really light to carry; aperture fast enough as well)

F/Fa* 300 f4.5 (light and fantastic sharpness and bokeh, good for any wildlife shots or sports )

Fa* 200mm f4macro (I just dream to have AF ability but I know it would be quite sluggish and slow from my experience with Fa* 80-200 f2.8)

My current prime line-up (on a budget, mind you, so very much open to good 3rd party or old alternatives)

DA 21 f/3.2 Ltd
EX 24 f/1.8 (really nice for interiors, and not that expensive)
FA 50 f/1.4 (a must have, chose it over the DA 40)
DA 70 f/2.4 Ltd (best portraits ever)
SP 90 F/2.8 macro (cheap-ish and very good quality / optics, good portraits as well)
SMC Takumar 135 f/2.5 (m42, most "saturating" lens I own, the colours hurt your eyes)
Zeiss-Jena 180 f/2.8 (m42, on it's way, 150$, should be good)

What I would buy:

EX 30mm f/1.4 (sorry, the FA 31 is just too expensive)
Some UWA prime - not decided yet
