Sigma 100-300mm F4 +2TC Picture results

This is for everyone who helped me in deciding which way to go in selecting a telephoto for wildlife photo's.

I'm attaching photo's I took in Florida with a Pentax K7 using my new Sigma 100-300 f4 telephoto with and without the Sigma 2xTC attachment. The first three photo's where taken at around 500 - 600mm using the Sigma 2 TC, in all cases a tripod was used. The other two were taken at around 300mm with the camera being hand held.

I'll leave to each of you to judge the photo's by yourselves, but I found that a tripod makes using the 2TC converter easier and is almost a necessity. However, without the 2TC the lens can be hand held nicely but it takes some getting used to when using for panning birds in flight. Also, the 100-300mm could be used for several hours at a time without any fatigue, or, without it becoming too heavy to hold. Lastly, this is a fine lens and I would recommend it without hesitation.
