I used to have one of these. A very early super zoom. It was very soft at all settings and exteamly heavy. They were all the rage and just about everyone got a superzoom for the novelty of being able to walk out with just one lens. At the time it was as good as all the rest with the advantage of being very cheep, I think I paid about £35 new. This type of lens got a lot better very quikly and so was soon replaced. Gave mine away to next doors son who was starting out in photography, but he soon grew out of it. A lot of nostalgia value, so give it a go if you can get it extreamly cheep, it will make you appreciate modern equipment.
