Thinking of getting rid of the DA*16-50?? HMM

Well after picking up the the FA 31MM LTD, i have been thinking about possibly getting rid of the DA*16-50. Thoughts of the DA 14mm 2.8 have been coming to mind. I have both the DA*16-50 & 50-135, so i have 50mm at 2.8 covered with both lenses. The 31mm 1.8 will be used alot for indoor, low light and portraits. Of course this would put me at a prime for indoor use and not have a zoom, which i think im ok with. I can use the 14mm for wide shots when needed and i guess for indoor as well. Here is my current setup and the DA*16-50 is the one lens i could see myself replacing.

DA 10-17 Fisheye, DA*16-50, FA 31ltd, DA*50-135, DA*300mm

Other thoughts of lenses to get would be the DA 12-24 f4, a decent macro lens, or what else would be recommended.

I don't know - your current lineup seems to cover a great focal range with lots of fast glass. I would keep the 16-50.

Matter of preference, but if you stick DA 14 in there, I am OK without 16-50. For some reasons I cannot seem to live without 50-135. Try squeezing in DA 40 between your 31 and 50-135. It is a huge bargain for what it is. A very thoughtful line up I would say.

It really is a matter of preference. I really love my DA*16-50 even though I have primes at 21, 28, 40, & 50mm as well as DA 10-17 & DA 12-24. It's my main lens and works for me so well. I'd hang on to it.
