Yes, I saw that some online outfits from Asia have those sort of adapters.
The reason why I started this thread in the first place is because I was/am looking for a good "longer" lens, such as 400mm.
Once in a while, a 645 type will show up for sale and, IMHO, I think this would be just as good as getting a APS-C type of lens. That is what I assume, anyway. Maybe I'm wrong?
Edit: I found this site ... Novoflex, and they show all of the adapters they have. There is a great PDF file which you can read/download that shows you everything they have. Maybe you'd want to consider that too; I do.
