Should I get a replacement?

I just bought a pentax k-x bundled with 2 lenses and noticed a spec of lint inside one of the lenses. The spec does not seem to budge and is probably caught between lenses (see pics). Does not seem to affect pictures, or I probably don't notice it. Will this spec be a problem in the future? Should I get a replacement or should I not be worried about it? Is this under warranty. I am new to DSLRs, and this is my first time using one. Thanks in advance.

I don't have a macro lens and tried my best to take a shot of the lint using the basic 18-55 lens.

The spec will not interfere with images at all, so if that's all you're worried about, don't be. However, it isn't how new equipment should look, and devalues the lens. I would definitely return it to the store and get another one, or call Pentax up and tell them about it.

I would definitely get a replacement. After all, you paid for a new and defect-free product and you should get just that, nothing less.
