Shake reduction w/K10D and extention tubes

I'm having fun with my SMC-A 50 1.4 and extention tubes for macro work but I have a question....

Do I still enter 50mm in the shake reduction menu or do I have to estimate the effective focal length.

While I'm at it, same question but with a SMC-M 50 4 macro and a doubler?
