Panagor-A 28mm 2.8

does any of anybody knows or have this lens?
is it a good lens?

Panagor was a brand used by Kiron. Kiron made a lot of lenses for Vivitar, and in the US, we see very few Panagors, some Kirons and many, many Vivitars. The lens is probably pretty good, and should sell for about what a Vivitar KA mount 28mm f2.8 goes for.
