yep, and there are some great ones.

I owned and highly recommend the Tomioka/Yashinon 60mm f/2.8. I believe Vivitar also made a 1:1 M42, and there are several others as well.

From the Tomioka:

The original 50mm Macro Takumar, preset version, was 1:1, but the later (SMC) ones were 1:2.

I myself owned and sold:

- 2 copies of the Mamiya macro 60mm 1:2.8 (rebadged Tomioka/Yashinon). This one focuses down to 1:1.

- A Super Takumar macro 50mm 1:4, focusing down to 1:2.

- A Super Talumar macro 100mm 1:4, focusing down to 1:2.

There is a Panagor Macro 50mm/F3 that goes 1:1. Don't have it, but I know Iris has it. Ask her if you want to know more...

EDIT: it is a 55mm!

I have a brand new M42 Vivitar 55mm f2.8 macro and I sold a 90mm version on Ebay a while ago. Both were 1:1.

Taken with 90mm.
