Lens correction settings

Just curious, is there any database or bunch of info on lens correction settings for Photoshop and RAW conversion?

Are you talking about distortion and vignetting? For those lenses that are covered, DxO does a terrific job. PT Lens is reputed to be a great application as well, and it is quite a bit less expensive than DxO. I don't care for the corrections in Lightroom or PS Elements 6, and much prefer DxO when I can use it. It IS expensive and slow, but it is also magic!

Well, I was talking in general about distortion and fringing, as to create some lens presets on Photoshop to correct the images when converting them from RAW without trying the sliders each time. I'll try the programs, Thanks for the answers guys!

Corrections are not to all FA lenses, for instance ...

Well, looks like the idea was not far fetched at all. Or at least, not to Adobe. The lens profile creator is coming!!!

For lens distortion correction, PTLens (PTLens) is highly recommended as suggested. It is a fine, very reasonably priced software that corrects for lens pincushion and barrel distortion, vignetting, chromatic aberration, and perspective. Highly recommended by many Pentaxians.

The database of lenses and bodies is impressive, and the developer is very friendly and prepared to add new lenses to the doftware database. (I speak from my own experience).
