DA* 16-50/DA 17-70 & Da 50-135

For those who have the DA* 16-50 (or 17-70) & DA * 50-135...

Which one live on your DSLR? And, Why?

I have always been partial to the 24mm + range in film format. In the two years I have had my K10d and the DA* 16-50/2.8, it has been used for 44% of my keepers. The DA* 50-135/2.8 has been used for 23% of them. That's roughly three out of four keeper images shot with the DA* glass. If I am unsure of what I will run into, the DA* 16-50 is on the camera.

I don't have any of those lenses, but I am seriously considering buying either the 16-50mm or 17-70mm, but I just don't know which one! I'm not too fussed about the aperture (as tempting as f2.8 is), but the weather sealing is just so handy.

Do we know if Pentax is thinking of releasing the 17-70 with weather sealing any time soon as that would greatly influence my decision!
