Right, and you don't need to take another photograph either--there's no way you can top that!

I have yet to find a definitive cure, though I can vouch that unemployment helps...

It's never cured. Get use to it.. Congrats on the lens. Wish mine had worked that well. Had to return it.

Unemployment works for me. I dont believe in spending money that's not mine yet, and while it's really no fun, it's kept me debt-free thus far.

Lighting acquisition syndrome is what's been striking me lately, with a set of radio triggers and 3 legacy flashes on their way to my home. It's justified, though: my photography is my sole current source of income, and since clients pay for good photography and good photographs depend on good lighting, controllable lighting is one step closer to controllable income. Or at least that's how I see it.

You know there is no cure. You may feel satisfied now but soon something is going to turn up on TM that you will start lusting for.

Great photo.

I haven't bought a lens in months, however it appears that I have CBA after having bought 3 cameras in around 6 weeks. 2 of them were in 2 days

It's all a lie - there is no cure

I,m quite certain there is no cure, you may go into remission, but most serious LBA victoms will always keep their eye open for a good deal.

My only real venture into LBA was a decision to build an M42 kit.

After doing so, and establishing a kit from 24-200mm with some nice primes, I happened onto a SMC Tak 135 F3.5 with a 15-30 focusing helix and 2 authentic pentax filters for $50.

I didn;t need it but recognized the deal it was and picked it up even though I already had a tele-lentar preset 135 F2.8 with 16 aperture blades. (i went after M42 lenses that were decidedly outside just collecting Taks, wanting the opportunity for unique lenses

To original poster: Yeah, right.

Transit, you will be happy for a while with that 100mm macro. But somewhere along the line you will start wondering about that FA* 200mm f4 macro or the A* 200mm f4 macro. Then you will wonder about the Sigma 180mm f3.5 macro. At some point you will wonder if the Sigma 70mm macro is the sharpest macro out there.

Of course I'm merely speculating here as I have absolutely nothing to base it on. Hysterical

it would be foolish of you to assume that there is a cure. even more so to assume that you have been cured.
