DA 21mm f/3.2 and DA 35mm f/2.8 Macro

Is anybody bothered by its "Not compatible with "full-frame" (35mm size) cameras" ???
Though Pentax has no tend to release full-frame SLR so far, I think people still wish their lens could be used on a full-frame one in the furture, at least I am.

I doesn't bother me. And I imagine Pentaxians who appreciate the smaller size of the K-7 and K-x compared with much of the competition really like the compact size of Pentax's DA primes. I know I do. My DA* zooms are great but they are not what one would consider compact. In the unlikely event that Pentax ultimately introduces a full-frame DSLR - and I decide I want one (debatable) - I'll deal with it then. But I don't see it happening. What's more, by the time it might happen, sensor technology may have improved to the point that we don't need full-frame anyway. Those needing very big images will have medium format.

From what I've heard from "experts", the DA lenses will work on FF. Maybe pixel peeping in corners will reveal the lens is not FF, but for all practical purpouses DA lenses will work just fine....

DA 21 and DA 35 is virtually unusable on FF because of the vignetting. Around half of the DA lenses are unusable on FF, some moreso than others.

I do consider FF capabilitity when I'm deciding on a lens, for no good reason. ;~))

If Pentax ever releases a FF camera, they will likely do what Nikon and Sony do. The camera knows when you have an APS-C lens mounted and only shows the cropped fov.

I knew DA40 had been tested on the 35mm film camera, with nearly no dark corner.

The DA 40 is not really a full frame lens. It delivers acceptable results on full frame only when stopped down two stops. Here are a couple of pictures demonstrating that, contrary to the common Internet hearsay, the DA 40 is not full frame compatible -- at least when used wide open:
