Nice job! I wasn't expecting the FA35 to be this good based on some comments I'd read.

You'd be hard pressed to out-bokeh the lens I just sold; Voigtlander 125mm APO Macro.
Is that a challenge? All joking aside, those are some nice shots you posted from the Voigtlander 125!

Here are some of mine from its rival, the A*135.

f1.8

f2.2

f2.2

Cheers!

The rumors regarding the FA 35 bokeh are a little exaggerated. Wide open is usually pretty good. It is when the lens is stopped down that things get harsh.

It looks dang good. Also the FA35 is supposed to be very sharp wide-open, so you've got the best of both worlds there.

I have a nice mix of Super Takumars, FA50 f/1.4 and Tamron 90mm f/2.8 Macro images that produce bokeh thatis pleasing to me at least.

Ummmm .... sorry for the big post ... kinda got a little carried away.

As mentioned earlier - macros or close focus do a pretty good job -take the Vivitar K02 28mm close focus for example:

Super Takumar 50 F1.4 at about F4

Super Takumar 105 2.8

Wow! I have never seen a 3D-like image like this before. My initial impression is that it must be a frame grabbed from Avatar the movie.
