CV 20mm...

Bought CV 20mm while I was in Japan, saved at least a $100 over prices in the US.

First impression - love it, MF is not an issue at this FL. Just set to f/8 and shoot away, no need to even focus Colors seem to be nice, noticed slight overexposure when bright sky is in the frame, but that's somewhat to be expected.

More to follow.

lol...thanks Steve, I was about to google it before I saw your post!

Now instead, I have to google the lens to see if I need the Japan connection to sell offer one up.

It's a nice lens. I've seen results from it in combination with a Nikon D700 and it looks great on full-frame too. I think all CV lenses are superb and no one would be disappointed with the choice. Enjoy yours!

I think this is the weakest CV lens if you compare MTF charts, figures, blabla. But it's really nice to use, I love its pancake size.
Btw the US CV seller is Stephen Gandy at cameraquest.com

Yeah, but that 14 hr flight killed me.

On a side note, if I could live in Map Camera... I think I would!
