I Am Weak... (LBA)

Traded 2 lenses in today; one wasn`t getting much use and the other was only 3 weeks old and really was a spur of the moment purchase. I believe Pentax rebates end in a couple of days and currently the DA40 is $389 Cdn. I wanted to grab something worth keeping for a long time. About 2-3 years ago I had this lens which was great on my K200D, should be even better on my K-x now

This is my favorite lens, though I have sold it. Shame...If I have spare budget sometime, I will buy it back. Now I use the FA 43...getting ready for the FF...

I wonder how many of us have done this? I currently have 2 lenses that were bought and sold and later bought again.

Nice lens. looks great on that camera.

This is ridiculous, and you should know this by now:

You never sell-- only buy--and that's what keeps LBA alive and socially acceptable.

The only one I sold and re-bought was the DA 55-300, but I'm considering doing it with the DA 21

Guilty here.

I'm on the second round of Lens buying. Had the 31, 43 & 77 ltd's. Sold them. Now, buying them again.

I've bought and sold the DA 16-45 about four times now.

I've done this with my FA35/2.0, FA50/1.7 and FA77/1.8.

EDIT: I just noticed that someone who already replied to this thread actually has my original FA50/1.7

I`ve changed a few lenses over the years but this is the only one I`ve come back to.

If you have the 43 I`m not to sure if it`s worth having the 40, unless you reeeally want to

If you knew how many times I've done that, you'd schedule an intervention.

Congrats on the lens,ajuett!

If my wife knew how many times I've bought and sold the same lens, or accesory, she'd be the intervention.

I got my K-x a little over a week ago and I've already purchased a 50mm M F1.7 and today purchased the DA 10-17 and when I was shooting today I also realized I need something around 85 or 105 for some other things......

After a week I got my K-x, I quickly bought the DA 50-200 and then DA 40, after a two weeks, maybe, I got my DA 15. Then in a shortly time, I collected all the FA Ltd lens....
