And guess what, there is limited space in the window given for that one post... not long ago, I reached the max - the system wouldn't let more data in. I had to (gasp) delete as much open space as I could and even some old info to make room. Maybe the gods of the PF's can allow a little more squeeze room. I may even try and make the info more useable and less of a jumble.

Theres a 100k limit on each post- that's why I'm recommending you start putting some of these resources on the homepage, as they'd be much more accessible there. Shoot me a PM if you'd like info on that

Additions and Apology

New addition: How ISO is determined in digital photography.

About the apology:

For some unforseen reason most of the links I've collected have defaulted to the pentax forums main index page. I've contacted Adam who restored some of the latest ones, but most if not all of them below a certain point as you scroll downwards remain 'broken'. I'm not sure how to correct this without going over them, one by one. I'd like to avoid this repeating again but don't see the point if it's beyond my control.

Is there some sort of auto-mechanism that reverts links that one should be aware of here? Does this happen on any of the other pages of PF's?

Really complementary review

Very responsive Live view being much faster than T4i. Big bang for buck, generally very positive review.

"...overall we really really like this camera." He's not big on it's looks but "... it handles well, we beat the crap out of it, takes that with no problem, which is great classic Pentax slr. We were very happy with the image quality overall... the autofocusing is vastly improved, that live view is a big surprise too... the camera continuously focuses nice, you get the dynamic autofocus... a nice feature in this price range... battery option is great, double A option is a cool feature... Pentax has really given you a lot for your money... it's great to see Pentax returning to their classic good value for the money, big bang for the bucks, so I do like that. It handles like a classic camera, easy to use...

"Overall, when you look at this price point with the lens, under $1000... we played with the T4i, this thing dominates a camera like that... much better SLR, much nicer features, and basically the same price point. Overall folks we recommend this highly as long as you get past that running shoe look, this is a great one to have."

Wow, I'm really excited now to expect great improvements for the top tier k5 replacement coming up soon!

IMO, posts like these are screaming 1990's......

The '90s weren't so bad! Not as much fun as the '70s, but not bad.
