What kind of flower is that? It almost looks carnivorous.

I don't know. I just like the looks of it. Don't think it is carnivorous but I could be wrong.

Its scientific name is Digitalis and it is commonly called foxglove. It is not carnivorous, but it can kill you. The plant contains several potent toxins:

Digitalis - Wikipedia

Several of those are medicinal in proper concentrations and form the historical basis for several important modern drugs for controlling atrial fibrillation and congestive heart failure (dropsy).

My 13-bladed Helios 44 finally arrived (arrived before the M39-M42 adapter so I´m still unable to try it).

Very early serial number #0000753, and a range of f2 / f22.

Is there a big difference between 8/6 bladed versions? I can't seem to find any real difference between my helios 44-2 and 44k-4, apart from 44k-4 being sharper wide open)

I thought that the newer the lens, the fewer aperture blades it would have, but also better coatings...

of course, the 44-2 and the 44K-4 will also have a different mount on the back side.. (M42 vs K-mount)

Yes, 44k-4 is in k mount. But I mean optically. There seem to be no difference in bokeh 6 blades vs 8. Is 13 blade version smoother?

Wow! where did you find this version? I have read about models with 3 zeros being the first version, pre-production version, and hence the most expensive. Some argue they are also the best of the Helioses. But I've never heard of a version with 4 zeros...

Bought it from a russian seller on Ebay. The price was 84$ incl. shipping. There was a "Make Offer" option which I did not use because I considered the price was already fair (and to avoid competitors).

Yes, the appearance of bokeh highlights. Some find anything less than eight disturbing.

f/22 ?!!!

Your lens is rather unique in that I don't believe I have seen f/22 on any of the series other than #000.... You may well have a prototype.
