cpc phase 2 cct 35-70mm f4????

is this the same as the pentax smc a 35-70mm f4???
looks similar... anyone out there have any experience with this cpc lens??

Asahi Pentax owned CPC. It's probably the same lens without SMC multicoating.

The Pentax-A 35-70 f/4 is regarded as quite good, if I remember right. B. Dimitrov lists the same optical design, although a different (longer) min. focus distance on the CPC.
