Any experience with Helios 44K-4 K mount lens? I already have 44M but I like to buy this if it has auto diaphragm.

It doesn't have the A contacts, no. It's fully manual, like a K- or M-series Pentax lens.

It's a great lens optically, virtually indistinguishable from the 44M, etc.

Thanks. May be I was not clear with my question, does it automatically stops down when taking pictures?

Yes, it has an auto diaphragm.
