The macros have to be my sharpest lenses:

A 100/2.8 macro
M 50/4 macro

Followed closely by DA 70/2.4

and my K 200/2.5.

I'd say my Vivitar S1 105mm f/2.5 Macro

Followed by my 50mm f/1.4 (both stopped down).

I find these two are very sharp: Vivitar S1 90mm/2.5 macro (bokina) and DA 35mm/2.8 macro.
Probably the bokina is sharper, but it is difficult to see the difference.

I think my DA15 is probably my sharpest lens overall, followed by my DA70. While I have the DA40 and M50/1.7 and see them getting a lot of votes, I don't think mine quite compare to the 15 or 70. But like most here, I've never really done any sort of controlled test - I'm going mostly by the results I get in typical use and how they tend to strike me. It's images from the the 15 and 70 that are most likely to take me aback.

Sigma 70 by a landslide.

All my other lenses are also very sharp, however the Sigma 70 is noticably sharper and never requires unsharp mask in processing.

Oh, and I thought you were going to say that you'd used a reversing ring and crazy glue to hold it in place.

Toss up between my 50 mm F 1.4, my 50 mm Macro F 2.8 or...surprisingly my 55-300 zoom...it's very sharp.

My Voigtlander Nokton 58mm f1.4 SLII is, by far, the sharpest lens I have ever owned.

At its optimum aperture of F5.6, no further sharpening during PP can be done, as it begins to form sharpening halos! I did a studio shoot about a couple of months ago and I stuck with the Voigt for shoulder shots and the DA40/2.8 for complete body shots. The DA40/2.8 could accept further sharpening during PP, but not the Voigt! What came out from the camera was what was used.

Oh, and the Voigt is likewise the sharpest lens I have ever owned when shot wide open

I just got this K mount Zeiss (ZK) 50 f/1.4, and yes pretty sharp at wide open but at like f/4 it is just crazy.

I'm not obsessed with sharpness, but recently I've noticed that my Tamron SP 90mm f/2.8 macro, and my DA 21mm Ltd were both incredibly sharp.

I have some other nice lenses, but these two just jumped out at me recently.

By far my A f1:2.8 Macro has been the sharpest lens I have ever experienced in 30 + years of Pentax photography. The other one was a M135 which was dropped on the ground by accident and the glass was so sharp while cleaning up I cut my finger requiring 4 stitches. :-)
