if you get it for $500, it will be a steal, assuming it's in excellent condition. it's running close to $1300 full retail, but popflash puts it up new on ebay every so often at under $1k. assuming microsoft cashback at 8%, you may be able to get it new at some point for under $900. that should give you an idea of what the ceiling should be on one used.

Thanks. I agree with you there. $500 will be steal, if the thing is good condition. But it is a big "if." But I feel ok about it after reading Blue's post. I think I am going to go for it. If I win it, I need to have it sent to my friend's residence in Japan, and when I go there in June I can pick it up.
