Looks more like sensor dust to me. Do you only get it with one lens ?

I tried cleaning the sensor w/ a blower and it disappears on that area but appears on another
area. Is it in the sensor?

It's on the protective cover over the sensor. Just make sure to hold the camera with the lens mount facing down to let the dust drop out of the camera body & keep using the blower. If the dust is moving around, it's just a matter of time before it gets blown out.

The dust removal system shakes the sensor and the dust should fall onto a sticky pad. Howerver some dust can become quite fixed on the sensor cover and you need to blow it away. Use a hand bulb blower. Don't blow on it or use compressed air.

don't touch the mirror. The mirror is for the viewfinder only and has nothing to do with you pictures.

Or better don't touch anything inside the body.

Change fresh batteries.
Go to menu and set the camera to sensor cleaning. This will pull the mirror up so you can clean the sensor.
Don't turn your camera off. Read the manual for instructions.

you don't have to get rid of that. Just leave it alone unless you can't see anything anymore. The cotton balls will only release more dust into the body. I just played with one over here to make sure, and yes I see little things flying away when punishing them.

Dust in the viewfinder is not a concern, it will not impact the image. It also helps if you do lens changes with the camera pointing down to reduce dust infiltration.
