Not an FA, and fully manual, but an equally legendary 200 mm Macro f/4 is on sale on eBay right now.

This item is located in Hong Kong and this is the 3rd attempt to sell this lens. There was never a bid on it. Too expensive I reckon.

I think the price should have been about 1000 US dollars
