Ready to make the jump!

Thanks for providing this opportunity for 'even' more info about 'everything' Pentax (and a bit more!) I have owned my K100d for 3 1/2 years and about ready to make the jump to a K7. I am at the point where I shoot RAW and in Manual mode... I have really enjoyed my K100D but think I'm ready to go to that next level... Do you think there will be a fairly steep learning curve for me? Any advise etc will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Mike

Mike, providing you have been shooting other than Scene modes & Auto modes, you will not look back - K7 is such a good camera. I thought I would miss the K100d when I went to K10d but I did not & my photography improved heaps. Even more so with the K7.

Make the jump!

The biggest challenge when starting out is understanding exposure, so shooting in manual mode is an excellent approach. Learning the layout for camera controls on a new body would be unfamiliar at first, but in time would be water under the bridge. The better image quality will make it all worth it.

Thanks Chuck, I'm going to be in New York on Sunday for 8 days - thought I'd stop by the store - is there anyone in particular I should speak with?
