Hoya HD Protector Filter 58mm

Hello

I want to buy this filter for my 31mm limited and...
My question is: Is it possible to mount a screw in lens hood (i have a Heliopan short metal hood) on this filter? I've heard that they have a slim profile...

Yes, it is possible even with the slim profile.

I have a 77mm HOYA HD UV filter and there is threading in front of it.

This filter has a 58mm front mounting thread for 58mm accessories like a screw on hood.
