Pentax KE-60 All Surface Matte Focusing Screen

Hi,
I ordered a KE-60 focusing screen from B&H and received a ME-60 Focusing screen. Is you site supposed to say ME instead of KE? I ordered the KE because from the description it sounded similar to the Canon EC-S focusing screen. My local glass company is going to shape this to fit my K20D but I would rather return it if it is just a plane focusing screen without the grids.

I would advice you return it b4 making any changes to it.

Hello,

Both the ME-60 and KE-60 have the same part number. I suspect the KE-60 is no longer available and our we posting is incorrect. We list the item you purchased in our main data base as the;

PENTAX ME-60 PLAIN MATTE FOCUSING SCREEN Cat#: 38581.

I contacted Pentax and they advised me the screens are fragile and should not be made to fit into a non supported camera. They suggested this for your K20D;

Pentax - LI-80 AF Scaled Matte Focusing Screen - 38576 - B&H
