Mail order chemicals

Hi,

I'm interested in some emulsion cleaners (PEC-12) and/or Edwal Anti Stat but I see they are only available to purchase in the store. Is it possible to ship ground anywhere? I'm in Puerto Rico so I think air ship is out of the question. Maybe ship it to a relative in the lower 48.
Any alternative?

I am sorry, since 9/11 there are very strict Federal Shipping regulations for the transportation of chemicals. In addition, these new regulations differ from state to state. UPS and Fed Ex have opted not to handle the transporting of chemicals here in the city.
