Sigma 28mm f/1.8 EX DG

Hello, I've been wondering if the Sigma 28mm f/1.8 EX DG you have here:

Sigma W/A 28mm f/1.8 EX Aspherical DG DF Macro AF Lens 440109 -

... has an aperture ring? I'd like to consider this for film use as well. Also, I'm wondering if the finish is the updated version with the focus ring looking slightly different (single lines, rather than divided into 3 parts) from your stock photo). There seem to be many versions of this lens.

Thank you.

It should: Sigma 28mm F1.8 EX DG ASPHERICAL MACRO (AF Lens) Lens Reviews - Pentax Third-Party Lens Review Database

I'm not sure why the photo on B&H's site doesn't depict an aperture ring.

Hello,

Just got off the phone with Sigma. The Pentax mount lens does have an aperture ring. It also has a focusing ring similar to the 30mm as pictured on Sigma's site.

Wide Angle Prime Lenses - SigmaPhoto.com

They did advise me this is only a cosmetic difference as compared to the lens pictured on their site and ours. The lens optically has not been changed.
