Can I place an order online and have somebody pick it up in the store?

Hi,

Can I place an order online and have somebody pick it up in the store? If so, how long can you hold it from payment to pick up?

Yes you can.

You have 2 options to insure that the items you want to purchase will be available in our retail store when you come in.

Please send us an E-Mail 5-7 days before your arrival at B&H. We can only hold product for 5 days, so you will have to give us a window of your arrival in our store.

We will make you a price quote and do our best to hold your merchandise. You will need the quote number once in our store.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. This is not a 100% guarantee, we will do our best. Store orders are paid for in the store. Regulations require that on Store Purchases, the cardholder must present their credit card in the store and match signatures.

B&H will allow customers to pre-pay orders for pickup in our retail store. This includes a designated 2nd party making the pickup.

You can place this type of order under the following circumstances;
• Order cannot be placed on our web site.
• Order total cannot be more than $3000 for payment with credit card.
• The credit card payment must clear verification before the pickup will be permitted.

Orders over $3000 or that contain special order items can be paid for with a bank wire transfer.

We can help you place this order via E-Mail.

To start, we'll need;

1- The items you wish to buy. Please send us a brief description or the B&H SKU number located on an items product page. PLEASE do not send a page link as it may not always work.
2-Your billing and shipping address and contact phone number.

PLEASE wait for a quote number before sending your payment. Once you receive your quote, please review the information and verify that everything is correct.

Please DO NOT send credit card information in your e-mail. Once you have a quote number, You will be given a secure method to transmit your payment details to us.

3- Your designated parties full name and contact phone number. Please remember they will have to provide us with the order number. We will also need the aprox date of your friend’s arrival in our store.

For store pickup the person authorized must provide:
*Order Number, *Name on the order, *Order Phone number

*The person that is picking up the order must have a valid state issued ID or passport. (school and work ID’s are not valid)

*For International customers that would like to use the store pickup procedure, if the card holder will be in B&H him/herself then he/she has to present the C/C that was charged for the order and his/her valid passport or government issued ID. If the customer is sending a friend to pick up the order then the name of the friend, phone number, and the type of ID and the ID numbers that will be used must be in the order notes. Upon pickup the store will match the ID numbers to the ID numbers that are in the notes.

Please be aware that purchases in our store are subject to an 8.875% local sales tax. This tax is not a VAT, and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors when returning home.
