Why are pentax primes so difficult to find!

Because they are so good and everybody keeps them.
Look out on ebay, worldwide search.

Don't have any problems to find them locally either. Where are you located?

Because I have them all--my little pretties. Ha ha ha ha They thought it was just an innocent case of LBA but they were wrong: it was my cunning plan to rule planet Pentax! Now they are mine--all mine! What say you now John43?

last time i looked BH had both, really in the US you should be able to find multiple on line dealers (and probably the odd used one in the marketplace here)

Sorry, mine's NFS. I've seen 'em come up in the marketplace, though. I'd be surprised if you have to wait too long. In any case, it'll be worth it. Good luck!

Do B&H or adorama carry the FA limiteds in silver? All I have seen are black. I prefer silver as it's more scratch resistant.
