B&H is a pretty good online company, that is true.
I would give them another chance, I think Chuck and his company really try hard to make your buying experience a good one.

As for the replys, read the good ones and ignore the others

Thanks Daniel, yes I will give them another chance. As I mentioned, they emailed me back a couple of times apologized etc.. So in my opinion and from their reviews of other members, they do deserve another chance and I'll deffinetly purschase from them in the future.

As for the replys, no worries there, every forum you'll find the same thing, same song. I think by now everyone who frequently visits forums is used to that, so it doesn't bother me one bit. I also understand them since B&H has a good reputation here, so it can be expected that many will jump in and defend them. I don't mind reading comments of those who agree/disagree with me, sometimes those that disagree can bring up some good points.

perhaps posting that without checking the weather, in both hemispheres, isn't very practical.
